1.1. Pollution of nitrogen and phosphorus
Livestock manure contains a large amount of nitrogen and phosphorus compounds. for example the feces of laying hens contained 50% of the ingested nitrogen and 55% of the ingested phosphorus; pig manure contains 80%-85% of dietary nitrogen and phosphorus. The nitrogen and phosphorus will be converted to nitrate and phosphate after entering soil, excessive content will result in the loss of production value of land, bring about pollution of surface water and groundwater, then the total amount of nitrate nitrogen and bacteria in water exceeded the standard.
1.2. The pollution of fetor to vicinal environment
The fetor in animal production mainly comes from manure, feed fermentation and livestock respiration. The main compounds of off-odor are are carbon dioxide, ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, methane, indole, skatole (3-methylindole) and aliphatic aldehydes, amines, thiols etc. The ammonia, hydrogen sulfide and methane in the odor can reduce the production performance of livestock and poultry when the concentration is low, while high concentration can make neonate die of poisoning, damage the health of breeding workers. If the excrement can not be treated in time, it will increase the odor and endanger the health of people and animals.

1.3. The pollution of livestock and poultry feces to environment
Manure in livestock and poultry waste is the most abundant and the most harmful pollution source. The amount of daily manure is 5%-8% equivalent to its weight. Not only a large number of livestock and poultry manure, there are also many kinds of pollutants in it, mainly including fetor components with manure itself and its decomposition, a large number of hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, alcohols, phenols, amines and amides, indole and other organic matter produced decomposition manure under anaerobic conditions, a large number of pathogens and microorganisms, as well as heavy metals and veterinary drugs. 2.1. Poultry and livestock manure composting technology
Commercial organic fertilizer production adopts windrow composting method to deal with animal waste, food waste, urban organic waste, palm waste and other organic waste.
The process includes animal manure solid-liquid separation→material pretreatment→livestock and poultry manure piling→manure compost turning. Studies have shown that the essence of fermentation is the decomposition of organic matter by microorganisms, main fermentation parameters in this process are quantity of gas supply, temperature, humidity and C/N ratio, so the key to control technology is to create suitable environmental conditions for aerobic microorganisms.
In composting process, increasing temperature and pH result in volatilization of nitrogen. The key to improve the quality of commercial organic manure fertilizer is to reduce the loss of nitrogen and prevent the over decomposition of organic matter. The above problems can be solved by improving the pretreatment of materials, adjusting the C/N ratio, moisture and pH values, controlling the temperature and time of fermentation. That is why commercial composting facilities need periodically turn the compost pile with the help of COMPOST TURNER.

Solid Liquid Separator

Pretreatment: Lift the raw manure water and fecal sludge which in manure lagoons or feedlot runoff holding ponds into solid liquid separator with high-pressure centrifugal pump, the solid manure is separated by the extrusion, while manure water is filtered out through the sieve and is returned to the sewage tank for sewage treatment.

Start belt conveyor to mix the livestock manure (including 60-70% moisture) and ingredients (straw, leaves, green waste, etc.), also can add some nitrogen, phosphate powder. Adjust the moisture content, C/N ratio, pH value according to a certain proportion, in which the C/N ratio should be 20-30:1.

Rectangular agitated bed composting systems

Agitated channel composting method: Put the mixed raw material into Rectangular agitated bed, and pile it into fermentation heap, then adopt the aerobic fermentation process to turn material with Groove type compost turner. The material in the tank can move backwards, and each time it moves back about 2.2 meters during turning. Compost tuner has stirring function, the layered materials can be stirred evenly and then into the fermentation area when the ingredients are mixed. This will greatly save the amount of raw material pre mixing equipment investment and material handling, transportation and pre mixing work. The size of fermentation tank is 61110mm*5910mm*1350mm, the material depth shall be less than or equal to 1.2 meters. Composting machine work speed is 50 m/min, and idle travel speed is 100 m/min.

 

 

According to processing capacity, the daily process 266.67 tons of pig manure(water content by 65%), the volume is about 300m3 per day. The design has 7 fermentation tanks with 6 meters wide, 1.35 meters deep, 70 meters long. Two compost machines and one moving machine work double shifts every day. The raw material is divided into each slot by a forklift truck, and various materials are required to be evenly laid, the other end of the fermentation tank is discharged the material with a forklift, then the organic manure after fermentation is sent to the turnover workshop or the processing workshop.

2.2. Organic Manure compost granulation technology
The manure compost(about 50% moisture content) after grinding need further screening, quality compost produced by new type organic fertilizer granulator need to be send into a drum dryer for drying, then removing dust and cooling the pellets, finally screening, weighing and packaging, the moisture content is less than 30% in this processing. The Sub-standard compost returns to the grinding process for reuse.
In summery, the whole process includes physical dehydration of fresh animal feces→dry material crushing→screening→mixing(strains, fresh livestock manure and crushed crop straw mixed in proportion)→composting fermentation→temperature variation observation→ventilation and turning→moisture control→screening→granulating (new type organic fertilizer granulator)→drying(rotary dryer)→cooling(rotary cooler)→packaging (automatic fertilizer packaging machine).
