Working Principle of Rotary Fertilizer Cooler

Rotary drum cooler belongs to convection cooling equipment. With the rotation of the slightly slanted drum, the fertilizer inside does the same movement. The lifter installed on he inner wall of cylinder continuously lifts the granule materials and then the materials fall by gravity, forming a uniform material stream. Then, it counters with the cool air that is suctioned by induced draft fan and exchange heat, which the temperature of the materials is reduced. The cooled materials flow out from the lower end of rotary drum for further processing by rotary drum screener.

Precautions in Operating Fertilizer Pellet Cooler

When stop the machine, please first stop the heat flow and then stop cold flow. If maintenance is needed, please sweep up the media within the tube the shell in accordance with the sweeping line procedure, and repair it when the device body temperature to lower to the permissive point.
